As the Founder and CEO of Navigate and Co., Tommy is a professional certified coach (PCC, International Coach Federation), a psychologist (Ph.D., Michigan State University) and a trainer in leadership development and team effectiveness. With over 25 years of coaching (including C-suite executives) and consulting experience in the US and internationally, Tommy leads and collaborates with a team of certified coaches to deliver various talent management projects. He specializes in coaching growing executives who lead diverse and international teams. Tommy’s corporate background includes holding senior positions such as the former Head of Talent Solutions at CEB (now Gartner) Greater China, in which he managed a team of Industrial and Organizational (I/O) psychologists and senior consultants. In addition, Tommy has delivered various executive coaching and assessment projects as a senior consultant at Korn Ferry and Right Management in Atlanta, GA. He is also fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
